Members will soon have access to a directory to find CAPASA members in similar roles or working issue areas.
Mentorship Program
Participants in this program will be paired with a mentor or mentee to help with your career goals. Not yet launched for 2024.
Senior Staff Panels
We host periodic panels to allow our members to hear from experienced professionals. In 2023, this series was called “Capitol Conversations.”
Advisory Board
The CAPASA Advisory Board is made up of senior-level staff and Hill alumni advisors who can provide advice and guidance for our members.
Resume Reviews
Our organization hosts periodic resume reviews where our Advisory Board provides resume feedback and career tips.
Networking Events
Meet other AANHPI individuals from all branches and levels of government, in the private sector, and in the nonprofit space.
Social/Cultural Events
Experience some of the best social and cultural programming on the Hill, including potlucks, happy hours, and embassy events.
Special Opportunities
